Thank you for choosing Nouri Ritual Co. Every order is carefully prepared and packaged with intention to ensure it arrives ready for your skincare ritual.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order has been prepared and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package's journey.
Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Nouri Ritual Co. is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you need additional assistance, we're happy to help however we can.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@nouriritualco.com.
